By booking or using our services, you agree to these terms.
Services
Swansea Handyman Services provides general handyman and home maintenance services.
Work is limited to the scope agreed prior to commencement.
Quotes & Pricing
- Quotes are estimates based on the information provided
- Additional work may incur additional charges
- Prices are confirmed before extra work is carried out
Appointments & Cancellations
- We aim to arrive within the agreed time window
- Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations
- Late cancellations may incur a call-out charge
Customer Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide safe access to the work area
- Ensure utilities (electricity, water) are available if required
- Inform us of any hazards before work begins
Limitations of Liability
We are not responsible for:
- Pre-existing faults or damage
- Hidden issues discovered during work
- Third-party products or materials supplied by the customer
Insurance
We carry appropriate public liability insurance. Proof can be provided upon request.
Payments
- Payment is due upon completion unless agreed otherwise
- Accepted payment methods will be confirmed in advance

If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, please contact us first so we can
resolve the issue promptly.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
